Growth Compass is designed to advance both business and academia through innovative and efficient industry-scholar partnerships. We are always on the lookout for scholars who are driven and motivated to solve business problems. The currency of Growth Compass is not in dollars or cents, but instead in access to real-world data for academic publishing. In fact, we have studied this issue and have shown that engaging industry in research empirically advances academic outcomes of scholars (Finch, Deephouse,  O'Reilly, Foster, Falkenberg & Strong, 2017).
